Our apartment features a light and airy generous-sized open plan kitchen/dinning/living area which makes the most of the incredible views, with sliding doors leading directly onto the south facing sun-trap terrace.
Enjoy al fresco dining and sun-downers with some of the best views in the South West, or snuggle up with a good book in one of the cozy chairs and enjoy the outdoors from the warmth of the inside.
The bedroom can be arranged either as one super‑king bed or two singles. If needed, the John Lewis sofa‑bed in the living area can comfortably accommodate two additional guests. Just let us know your preferred setup when you book.
The open‑plan living room includes a cosy dining space, ideal for unwinding after a day out. You’ll also find a Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming apps ready for relaxed evenings at home.
The well‑equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, oven, gas hob and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, giving you everything you need for an easy, enjoyable stay.
At the rear of the property, a peaceful bedroom offers a comfortable retreat with generous clothes storage. The bed features a 2000‑pocket sprung mattress, providing an exceptionally restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a shower over the bath, giving you the choice of a quick refresh or a relaxing soak.
The apartment has its own private front door and useful lobby for storing coats and shoes and beach gear and is situated in a building with four other apartments.
There is parking for one vehicle with a clearly marked parking bay. Steps lead up from the parking area to the apartment door. In view of the steps, the property isn't suitable for people with restricted mobility.
The property is dog-friendly (maximum of two dogs) as is the beach, with only small restrictions in place during high season and literally miles of beach for four legged friends to run on. There is also easy access to the South West Coast Park and other smaller beaches to explore all within the village.
